Your mindfulness practice gets an upgrade for one year.
I want you to be successful on your mindfulness journey. It takes time if you’re grieving, starting a new habit, or managing stress, but incorporating mindfulness into your routine or upping your mindfulness game doesn’t have to be challenging.
Transformation comes with consistency and trying different practices, and I’m here to help.
By subscribing to one year of the Weekly Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra practices and the Journaling Hangout, you save $840, or 50%.
“It’s like getting the Journaling Hangout free with enough left to treat yourself to a spa vacation”.–Adrianne Lind
Both are on Mondays, the perfect day to set the tone for your week. We explore Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra on alternating Mondays for one hour. After a 15-minute bio break (get a drink, use the toilet), we Journal together for 15 minutes.
You need 90 minutes a week. We Got this.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. As conceptualized in the Taoist and Dharmic traditions, the sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body, known as meridians in Chinese medicine and nadis in Hatha yoga.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep in modern usage, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. The U.S. Army uses it to assist soldiers recovering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Scientific evidence shows that the technique helps relieve stress.
Why journal?
Regular journaling can alleviate stress, anxiety, or depression. Gratitude journaling can lift your mood and change your perspective, while grief journaling may assist in coping with trauma.
