Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Set aside 1 hour every Monday at 7 am New York time for alternate Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga sessions. Give yourself a mindful way of starting your week. Sessions are live via Zoom, and having your camera on is optional. No cameras will be on during Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra or Yogic sleep provides an opportunity for rest, deep rest, and even sleep. Clinically proven to benefit practitioners with PTS(D) over time. Yin Yoga is a slower paced form of moving mindfully with Yoga. We start cold to allow our muscles to be passive as we stretch the soft tissues. Support yourself with pillows, blankets, cushions, bolsters, fur babies, hot tea, eye masks….you get the idea. All you have to do is show up and breathe.
